Position: Product Manager

Location: Bangalore (Remote Job Anywhere in India)

Experience: 5 to 12 Yrs

Education: Bachelor & Master degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Compensation: 30 to 55 LPA

As a Product Manager for our B2B SaaS AI/ML chatbot product lines, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction, development, and success of our chatbot products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to define and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in AI/ML technologies, combined with your business acumen and strong product management skills, will be instrumental in shaping the future of our chatbot products.

Requirement:

- Proven experience (5 years) in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS companies

- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies

- Knowledge of chatbot technologies, conversational interfaces, and related industry trends.

- Proven track record of launching successful products and driving growth.

- Willing to work in startup

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product strategies, from conception to launch and beyond.

- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform product development.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and execute product roadmaps.

- Create product specifications and communicate product features and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive product launch and go-to-market strategies.

- Monitor product performance and iterate on features and functionality based on customer feedback and usage data.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and positioning.
