PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the market requirements and product requirements for customer analytics products
- Gather and assimilate market, customer and competitive intelligence to develop the product strategy, functional specifications, engineering specifications and marketing plan
- Own the product road map and the release cycles for the product
- Work with engineering, deployment, sales and marketing to drive the products’ competitive position, revenue and profitability objectives
- Work with sales and marketing for launch planning, positioning, messaging and pricing
- Own training for sales and channel partners
- Serve as the internal and external evangelist of the portfolio, interface with customers and partners to understand business & technological environments, current and future requirements; participate in customer events and user conferences as a solutions expert
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate Degree in Engineering or an advanced degree in quantitative sciences with an MBA from a front line Business School
- Strong understanding of marketing and customer analytics sciences and loyalty management applications, and their adoption in Retail, CPG, Hospitality or Telco domains
- 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years of experience as a product manager, business or technology consultant in the space
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
- Experience in technology product management
- Ability to work with global, cross-location organizations in an entrepreneurial environment
