Responsibilities will include:
- Customer Problem Analysis: Conduct primary research in the field to document key customer problems, and translate them into product offerings.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Business and identify which metrics to focus on, in order to achieve strategic goals.
- Market Mapping: Study similar products, and keep a track on the new innovations.
- Onboarding and activation: Design and track strategies and experiments to improve the key metrics.
- Retention and behavioral targeting: Design and implement experiments to quantify customer behaviour and preferences in order to improve retention.
- Wireframing and Design: Guide the UX team to piece together wireframes and flows which are in line with the customer understanding.
- User Testing: Conduct User Tests on all major features before rolling them out.
- Overall Analytics - Build a deeper analytical system to inform all the strategies and experiments.
- Growth Analytics - Stay on top of all the growth metrics.
- User Feedback - Implement a feedback loop in order to further improve the product features.
- Feature Planning and Prioritization - Plan and prioritise the key features.
- Feature details, and specs - Coordinate with Engineering to ensure that planned features are delivered according to the specs, and in time.
- Product Training (internal) - Ensure that internal users get enough training and support to ensure high adherence of new features needed for Operations.
- Product Help and Videos - Create and deliver product help sections and videos for both internal and external users.

- To be a good Product Leader, you are ideally a person who thinks well in numbers. Following are the traits which will serve you well.
- You have been a PM with a Fintech product (preferably serving over 10K+ customers)
- You enjoy product analytics and related blogs
Preferences:
- Should have prior experience work with any product based, or Startup company
- Strong communication Language
- Flexible on timings
