Product Manager-After Market (ADAS or Smart Mobility)
Title: Product Manager Aftermarket ADAS
Profile: Responsible for Product ownership and the market research to understand the need of the market
Department: ADAS ( for Aftermarket product)
Role Expectations and Description:
- Build the product strategy and roadmap in line with Hi-tech's goals and strategies.
- Work closely with other functions (Internal and External stakeholders) i.e. OEM'S to identify points that can be addressed through technology.
- Initiate and prioritize projects,
- Own all aspects of the product and assist in determining the best implementation methods from conception, and drive it through development testing, acceptance and adoption.
- Create, track and measure the product metrics and take action based on the Skills : - Strategic Thinking - Ability to lead effective brainstorming with peers from Design, Marketing and Analytics team
- Ability to frame the problem, pull in external dynamics, involve key stakeholders, and generate/prioritize ideas with appropriate support.
- Articulate business problems to engineering partners well.
- PM should be considered as strong thought partner by peers
- Proactively identifies and solves problems with other product functions
- User story writing, bug and roadmap management expert
- Knowledge of APIs and experience in handling integrations.
- Understanding different user types and their needs.
Required:
Skills : Someone who has experience working in aftermarket smart mobility systems (ADAS systems), going to market and exploring the possibilities of product requirements in smart mobility system and solutions. create product as per the market requirements. Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle etc.
