Brief description about the product: The program caters to Employed and Self-Employed customers in the Informal/unorganized sector. Employed customers are those who get salary in cash and have no statutory deductions. Self employed customers do not have books of accounts, do not file ITR returns, non availability of current account, no formal proof of sales tax, GST code, municipal tax, etc.
Job Description -
- Monitoring the Reach Product / Policy/ Processes and implementing changes
- Reviewing Reach performance across Regions and Channels
- Planning and implementing business strategies / new initiatives / IT developments for ease of doing business
- Designing and implementation of contests/campaigns for Sales and Credit staff
- Monitoring the productivity of the Staff and Manpower planning
- Role involves working in close co-ordination with the Branch operations, Recovery Dept, IT department and will require travel across branches.

Qualification: Post Graduate in any discipline
Experience required: 8-12 years in Housing Finance industry and atleast 2 yrs with Affordable Housing Finance companies
