Responsibilities are :
- Design and implement scalable new features in the adserver
- Improvements and Implementation of different algorithms for ad/content recommendations
- Planning and execution of product roadmap for multiple stacks as per the sprint plan.
- Ability to plan a product roadmap, break it into actionable tasks, define product releases and adhere to the timelines
- Drive large-scale projects, working cross-functionally with business/sales teams, designers, software development engineers, other product managers, and external partners to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery
- Seeking user feedback, deriving product insights and passing them on to the respective teams for improvement
- Ability to multitask, handle products on various platforms (Android, iOS, Web) and track progress with multiple internal & external stakeholders
- 360-degrees thinking of a product from quality, efficiency, and usability perspectives with ability to define and establish the product vision, goals, supporting business metrics, and success indicators
- Balance business needs and technical architecture while maximizing business benefit and building great customer experiences
- Good analytical skills and inclination towards statistical modelling required in optimisation algorithms.
