Deliverables :

- Coordinating with CTs for concrete admixture formulation related activities and work in close with Marketing team for the introduction of alternate raw materials and testing

- Interpretation of Performance data of laboratory trails

- In-house review and verification of product development & customer end validation process of concrete & development to be followed.

- To work in conjunction with QC chemist for RM testing at OPC Competition bench marking - quarterly.

- Site Visit along with onsite trials for critical customers

- Ensuring Zero deviation in established product vs customer supplies.

- Training for Sr. CT's at regional level
