Our Client is seeking a Product Manager to lead their Ad network initiative. This person will be responsible for identifying and defining product functionality that helps marketers reach existing customers and known prospects on mobile app and sites. The candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. The candidate must have the leadership and experience to manage a product team, co-ordinate across internal functions & external entities.  Responsibilities:  - Identify opportunities for innovative remarketing products/ features that leverage the unique capabilities of user identification by mobile numbers.  - Create a compelling vision for a unifying platform across offline CRM data and mobile remarketing  - Define and solidify our position in the CRM marketing ecosystem  - Lead a cross functional team of product managers, engineers, UX designers, user researchers, and go to market specialists to bring your product ideas to life.  - Work with marketing and sales to launch products to hundreds of advertisers  - Represent InYourFace at industry events and commercial meetings- be the product and market subject matter expert, including presentations to customers, investors, press, and internal audiences  - Manage product staff time and assignments, supervise product management work   Desired Skills and Experience  Skills  - Have past experience designing and building products that deal with processing large complex data sets in real time  - Shud have dealt with publishers and got them on board  - Comprehensive understanding of the Web and Mobile Data Eco system, customer needs, competitive landscape and partnership opportunities, and capability to translate them into implications and execution plans.  - Ability to systematically solve complex problems related to system integrations and features  - Conceptualize new ideas and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint  - Superior communications skills, including the ability to translate complex technical products and features into intuitive concepts  - Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
