Product Manager

A competent professional with over 8-12 years of experience with focus on Product Management, Agile process, mentor Engineering teams, and possess passion for being at the leading edge of technology with hands on product development experience.

- Hands on Experience ideally in an Agile development and methodologies and Desktop or SaaS technologies

- Established three plus years of technical leader experience for software product engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products

- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams

- Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen

- Strong people management experience and ability to build employee careers

- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Willing to learn new concepts, technologies, and be exposed to / adopt new ideas

- Technical leadership and project management of engineering initiatives that deliver awesome web customers experiences fast with high quality

- Own the delivery and execution of strategy, goals and plans for the team success. Solid Execution on established priorities

- Closely work with architects, leaders/teams to ensure that technical architecture and designs meet both tactical and strategic technology needs

- Promote a high engagement, high accountability, high performance team ensuring the team has the resources, skills, and capabilities it needs to effectively execute and that the team has best-in-class engagement,

- Successfully partner across product development teams to ensure end-end prioritization, appropriate tradeoffs, and alignment of deliverables with planned releases - right content, right time, with right quality

- In this role you will help to help to bring out the best ideas from the best engineers by empowering them and leading by example

- Risk Assessment and Mitigation - Anticipate and identify issues well in advance and implement innovative solutions across people, process and technology
