Position Summary
The Product Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the product portfolio, acting as a bridge between the technical and business needs to deliver superior product outcomes. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product ideation and development, set product vision and growth goals, measure performance, and communicate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for learning, with prior experience in product management preferably in digital media or AdTech industry.
What you will do?
- Define product vision, roadmap and priorities feature based on market insights, user feedback, business objectives, and cost benefit analysis.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive the execution of product initiatives, including feature development, testing, and release management, while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product line continuously.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to digital advertising to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Define KPIs and Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot product issues and answer product questions - be the platform owner and expert.
Who we are looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital media or adtech industry
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.
- Experience of working with remote, internationally geo-distributed teams is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for learning new technologies and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
