- Looking for a Product manger essentially from a Tech background, a ideal fit is a one who has started as a s/w developer and moved on to a Product manager level.

- Creates and manages Product/ Systems Requirements Specification documents (PRD/SRSs) for multiple big features or a module of an online platform.

- Ability to take high level biz requirements (both enhancements and new features), convert into detailed functional specs and be able to execute to completion. Ability to mentor / manage one or two people Product managers to get the functional specs delivered.

- High energy person with strong leadership skills and innovative product thinking. Willing and able to become an expert in the education domain.

- Envisage and work with UI team to create new UI prototypes and suggest additions/changes to existing UIs.

- Define navigational flow and user experience along with and Information architect or UX team.

- Provide inputs to product roadmap and define feature sets.

- Co-ordinates independently with technical implementation (Dev, QA and release) teams to get estimates, validate and prepare a detailed project plan for the feature release. Execute the release according to the published plan for the areas owned by the team and self.

- Taking lead in evaluating risks and trade-offs, propose contingency plans in the execution phase.

- Manages the Triage process to prioritize and resolve the issues arising during the stabilization phase by working closely with the technical implementation (Dev and QA) teams.

- Engages with the business stakeholders / Customers to time the release and keep all the stakeholders informed about the project progress and providing inputs to the weekly status reports.
