- Work with single-minded focus on increasing the subscription base for the organisation through various avenues existing and new
- Explore and launch new product partnerships with carriers, OEM partners, payment service providers and any other such venture which stands to directly impact subscription numbers
- Conduct market research and competition analysis on pricing and promotions offered on streaming subscriptions
- Work closely with Business Development team to prioritize projects and conduct a quality assurance for incoming deals
- Work closely with Engineering to define roadmap for subscriptions and to get a deeper insight on the backend infrastructure on which payments thrive
- Monitor subscriptions and revenues regularly and spot trends and their impacts
- Work with cross functional teams such as Editorial, audience experience and data with an aim to capitalize on any content based, feature based or analysis-driven opportunity, respectively
- Act upon a deep understanding of user behavior and regular issues/complaints/feature requests
- Work with an incredible team of engineers while designing new data-driven features
- Work closely and directly with QA to better understand and describe bugs, and hard-to-find issues
- Take appropriate actions to improve product and product line efficiencies and performance (revenue, retention & growth, customer satisfaction)
