Our vision is to democratise education in the country and make it accessible to every student irrespective of any social, financial or location constraints. To that effect, our first product was our image-based QA, where a student can click a picture of a question and we'll show a per-recorded video solution to those questions. Taking it to the next level, We have recently launched the doubt solving service where students can send a picture of their question on a WhatsApp number (+918400400400) and get a video solution instantly. This is the first-ever service built on the WhatsApp platform. First ever.

Looking for solid Product Management people those who have experience acquiring Tier3/4 Target audience. Preferably person should be from Social commerce/Gaming/OTT domain background.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding the key stakeholders' (Users-Students, Leadership, Internal Stakeholders) problems, requirements and wishlists
- Devising scalable product solutions leading to high customer delight, NPS and minimum operations overheads.
- Driving towards both short-term and long-term goals, defining and prioritizing the product roadmap.
- Collaborating with the Tech, Design, CS, Business and Analytics teams to implement product solutions.
- Being fully responsible for delivering key metrics targets for the assigned POD
- Will be taking complete ownership of the Product processes and organizational level needs for smooth execution of the process
Must Have:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in a B2C context
- Experience having managed a product through its entire life cycle
- Exceptional user focus and ability to think at scale
- Exceptional understanding of business needs and ability to match with the user needs
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, always day one attitude
Nice To Have:
- Experience working at startups that have achieved scale
- Experience with fraud/product risk
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Previously working for India 2.0 companies
