Product Management Role - eCommerce/Healthcare Industry

We are looking for a Product Management, Marketing candidate from E Commerce or Healthcare Industry who has a exp of Software Product Management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Working closely with Development, Design and Marketing teams to create synergies leading to a high-quality product.

- Understanding business problems and define technical solution to the problem.

- Strong understanding and experience handling product life-cycle, from cradle to grave, in Health IT Business Application Software or related.

- Defining and analyzing product metrics regularly, and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.

- Responsible for analyzing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to e-commerce capabilities.

- Drive the product development life cycle in tight partnership with the design and engineering teams.

- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.

- Best practices and emerging trends in relation to e-commerce capabilities.

- Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, designing wireframes, documenting PRDs to enhance site usability & profitability.

- Strong business management and analysis skills. P&L experience a plus.- Strong strategy, analytical, and communication skills.

- Excellent communicator, ability to clearly articulate and follow up to completion

- Have the knack to manage the program teams, reducing the friction between them by asking the right questions and offering solutions.

- Demonstrated success defining and launching simple and intuitive user facing products/features.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

- Ideally should have worked in startup environment.

- Hands on ability to execute independently.

- Should understand building of products in an internet space.

- High design standards and product taste.

- Self-starters with very strong bias towards actions - consistently pushing towards clarity and delivery Passion, not only about delivering extensible, on-time solutions, but an obsession of contributing to the development of high-performance teams through continuous process improvement.

- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in a Start
