Product Management Role - Banking Payment Products

Job Description : 

Having solid knowledge on payments and can lead the Payment Hub program from a product engineering perspective.

Key Skills Required:

Payment knowledge :

- SWIFT, UAEFTS, UAEICCS, UAEDDS, SARIE, KSA, UAEWPS, SADAD, NEFT, RTGS (SWIFT functional knowledge is must)

- Payment product : TCS Bancs payments product (High preference), Infosys payment product /Flexcube payments / Clear to Pay (Next preference) OR any other payment product which is known.

Technical knowledge :

- Java and Unix (Good understanding and few hands on experience), Micro service, Tibco, MQ, Rest API.

- Passionate about digital payment products and innovation

- Minimum 2-year experience in Product Management, preferably in payments related/fin-tech products.

- Ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences

- Have built or managed products by collaborating across engineering, marketing, design, and other key stakeholders

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges and requirements.

- The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

- Strong work ethics, team player and able to work independently but also knows how to have fun while doing it

- Have an in-depth understanding of product management processes and frameworks.

- This is a design & development role and the candidate should be well-versed in Banking payment products.

- The candidate will be working at the client place which is a Bank.

- Current location of the candidate is not a constraint as the client is willing to provide VISA processing assistance. Of course, candidates already based in Dubai will be the first preference.
