Product Manager - HealthTech Firm

- As a part of the tech product management team at Heath Tech company, you will be responsible for setting direction and driving major strategic and tactical product initiatives. You will work closely with the senior product leadership to define features, build roadmaps, and work with all teams on the product development efforts, and will strive to set the product and the company on a course to stay relevant and valuable in the long term.

- Define the product vision after speaking to customers, working with business stakeholders, sales, medical and marketing teams.

- Conducting industry and competitive analysis, market, and user research to understand the emerging trends in the health-tech industry to identify new opportunities.

- Lead product discovery with designers, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to identify and solve for user value, usability, technical and business risks.

- Create product strategy that describes business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.

- Transform strategy into validated solutions using technology, data science and analytics, support processes and marketplace policies.

- Create detailed feature requirements and specifications of product. Develop product specifications and priorities based on customer feedback, market insights and competitive research.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization. Implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
