Position Title : Product line manager - Footwear

Location : Delhi

Ctc to be offered : 15lac to 20lac p.a.; depending upon current pay package and experience .

Job Responsibility :

- Product Line Design & Development of all categories of within Footwear.

- Formulate Seasonal product lines & prepare production & Delivery plans for all channels.Create line plans & products that meet revenue & margin targets while optimizing sales opportunities.Lead product lines success in creations and on time delivery with footwear team members & vendors from brief to commercialization.

- Continuous product research & development-Give clear & concise product direction to design & development teams.

- Monitor sells in, sells through,market place acceptance/feedback and consumer's acceptance/feedback.

- Periodic market survey & competition Mapping

- Identifying key customers needs & gaps &Strategize to fulfill the same.

- Identification & creation of key business drivers of Brands.

- Maintaining quality standards across all products.

- Identifying and developing new potential vendor base-domestic & imported for product sourcing

- Negotiating and making decision regarding pricing and payments terms with respective vendors.

- Present Product, product Line and our product/consumer stories to key partners externally (Media, PR events & expos) & internally (sales and sales meeting, Gurus, Meetings,PR Etc..)

- Plan create and merchandise footwear product line to ensure an intuitive presentation of brand technologies and aesthetics with a keen eye for trend and ability for storytelling.

- Periodic training programs to share product knowledge & key technologies of the brand.

- Responsible for creating catalogs,product stories & Marketing direction with internal marketing team.

- Backend operations & work in close co-ordination with logistics, IT,audit & warehousing team.

- Team development & smooth functioning of the department.

Requirements :

Industry : Retail into relevant position .

Looking for candidate having experience in Buying, Category management, Product management & equivalent roles preferably from footwear background .

Candidate from eCommerce,Online portals,online shopping with experience in buying also apply from the footwear segment.
