Product Leader - User Experience - FinTech Firm

- Define user experience to offer innovative solutions by having a deep understanding of user psyche

- Hands-on thought leader in UX flows and defining new paradigms

- Drive and Own all related L0, L1 metrics and to achieve Targets

- Partner with the design and engineering teams to define and drive the user experience.

- Ideation to adoption+retention ownership

Profile

- Understanding of customers' needs and aspirations deeply and you are a customer champion

- Out of box thinking, Entrepreneurial mindset

- Very good understanding of India's consumer internet industry

- Strong knowledge in domain of mobile app

- Ability to identify beyond customer needs and lead them into new experiences

- Passionate about technology - deep understanding of tech

- Willingness to work as hands-on leader, and in individual contribution mode

- Strong data-driven analytical skills

- Can operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams
