Grade - VP

Reporting to - Product & Portfolio Head - Corporate Salary

Function: Retail Liabilities

Location - BKC Mumbai

Job Purpose :

- We are looking for energetic candidates who will interact with potential and existing customers through various digital channels.

- These channels include email, messaging, social media, and many more. Knowledge of digital marketing is necessary.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Engagement through online channels such as search engines, your websites, social media, email, and mobile apps.

2. Experience in Search engine optimization, Content marketing, Social media marketing, Email marketing & Mobile marketing

3. Marketing automation - Create marketing tasks and workflow, measures results & calculate ROI of digital campaigns

4. Manage referral & cross sell campaigns

5. Engage with key stake holders for implementation

6. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

7. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

8. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

9. Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed

10. Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company

11. Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones
