Lead/Senior Product Manager - Customer Facing Product - Supply & Demand Journey
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric Product Manager to champion the user experience across the entire supply and demand journey within our product. You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, translating them into actionable product strategies, and driving the development and implementation of features that enhance user satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth user research to deeply understand the needs and pain points of customers on both the supply and demand sides of the platform.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize product initiatives.
- Define the product vision and roadmap for the customer-facing experience, aligning it with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to bring product ideas to life.
- Develop and own product requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and user-focused.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and feasibility.
- Track and measure the success of product initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advocate for a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- B. Tech
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products (required).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on product features.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative) is a plus.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
