c. Process Enhancement

- Compliance Reportings - RBI Audit, RBS Tranche

- ORCO Management & Resolution- ORE Reporting & Updates, KORI Confirmation, ATR closures

- Compliance Testing Report management & closures of observation

- IAD Report management & closures of observation

- Complaints / Queries (Process related - Overdue, Deceased, KYC Refresh, Dormancy, etc.)

- Hygiene - Abuser Analysis and Corrective Action

- Charge Recovery Monitoring / Analysis

- Accuracy of Interest Credit / Debit in CASA & TD

- SLBC Reportings - Regular & Ad-hoc
