Product Lead - Lending - Neo Banking - FinTech

- Creating and owning BRDs/PRDs for product and product features.

- Defining technical and functional requirements for solutions and ensure timely release of products

- Design/develop and manage whole customer journey on app, manage the overall cross-product backlog for solution requirements, drive alignment across teams and communicate status and progress

- Strategize the full lifecycle of a product from conception through release.

- Understanding the requirement and creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows/scripting APIs and automation tools for seamless product execution

- Understanding and evaluating complex engineering systems and suggest creative solutions by collaborating closely with engineering teams within organisation and with alliance partners for seamless product integration

- Working closely with the backend engineering, design, operations, customer experience teams to deliver world-class customer-focused products and features.

- Understanding technology as well as overall business processes such as risk, finance, settlements, logistics, KYC regulations/compliance etc. especially in the BFSI/Fintech ecosystem.

- Working closely with the business heads and other stakeholders to formulate and execute the product roadmap.

- Working with developers, designers and business product managers to deliver quality experiences for customers

- Working directly with the engineering team to develop and manage analytics for the various products.
