Company : A leading private sector bank Role: Product Lead - Govt &amp; Institutional Business Location: Mumbai Job Purpose: - The objective of this role is to acquire startup CASA accounts, cross-sell pre-approved bundle for the segment and enable execution of value-added startup initiatives in the region to achieve deep entrenchment in the startup ecosystem Job Responsibilities: - Achieving targets on new accounts acquisition, cross-sell to new and existing accounts - Analyse and understand the startup portfolio of the bank at a granular level to provide insights, run customized campaigns - Generate &amp; Implement innovative ideas for incremental acquisition, cross-sell and process enhancement - Problem solving/ trouble-shooting for customers by liaising with branches, other channels, product teams, support channels - Execute value-added startup initiatives like HNI Meets, Corporate Connect, Mentoring Sessions
