Position : Product Lead

Qualification Technical / Professional - BE/B.Tech/MBA/CA/CAIIB/ICWA/CS or equivalent.

Relevant Industry : Banking, Finance, I.T. Process Automation

Job Description / Responsibilities:

- Defining target client/segment of the product

- Responsible for Conceptualizing, Designing and developing Liability products

- To design the business process for the product

- Accountable for providing specification of the product to IT team and contribute in development of the product.

- To ensure product profitability keeping the cost and margin in view

- Continuous Liaising with marketing team and contributing on the marketing plan for successful product launch, product service and improvements.

- To handle Product customization and incremental integration as required.

Desired profile of the candidate:

- Expertise in project implementation and setting up of processes

- Basic knowledge of different technologies, platforms, new launches, and market needs

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- A good team leader and player, motivator

- Expertise in building innovative marketing strategies and ensuring implementation of the same

- Innovative, Out of box thinker

- Ability to work under tight deadlines with competing demands and priorities.

- Proven ability to execute operational initiatives to drive results
