Product Implementation Role - Insurance Operations Domain

Job Responsibilities:

- Understanding and pre-empting the information needs of the customers and requirements of customer facing teams to deliver a best-in-class service experience

- Understand and articulate User Requirements / Business Requirement Documents in detail encompassing all relevant systems and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with stakeholders from various departments and designations to ensure proper project delivery

- Create detailed test scopes and test plan and ensure testing is done meticulously including post-production movement testing.

- Ensuring detailed record management of each project implemented.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Post Graduate

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Insurance Operations domain with experience in delivering medium to large size projects and Product launches
