Product Head

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, for a fast growing wellness company, who is passionate about building products that customers love.

Responsibilities :

- Develop product vision/strategy for Guidance efforts globally

- Lead Product Management and partner closely with Engineering/Data Science to build and scale - Guidance products and technology.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Drive alignment with key strategic partners in Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Region teams, leading the evolution in the way that will drive competitive edge through pricing strategies.

- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

- Formulate and communicate long-term objectives and expectations, define strategic direction.

Qualifications :

- 6-9 years of product management experience preferably with a focus on building products and working in a new product or lab style environment

- Must have B2C product management experience with a famous/funded startup

- Must be a strong product leader and people manager.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with both business and technical teams

- Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly
