Product Head - Unsecured Business/Personal Loans

1. Developing and managing key product segments within Personal Loans/ Business Loans

2. Developing new products and process initiatives for different customer segments to ensure better market penetration and grow business volumes.

3. Implementation of strategic partnership with Banks/NBFCs

4. Ability to break down multi layer complex projects into isolated smaller tasks

5. Ability to understand entire process flow and build solutions for each module to achieve intended objectives

6. Experience of leading and managing multi-functional teams

7. Drive integration on all major aspects for a strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Asset Management, Accounting, Risk Management, Technology

8. Responsible for day to day business with Partners and for scale up of partnership, Relationship Management with partners

9. Managing reporting on all aspects of partnership and driving coordination. Past experience of Product/Business Development in Financial Institutions

10. Working knowledge of Credit / Legal / Financial Products / Finance & Accounts

11. Proficient in Excel / Word / Powerpoint

12. Eye for extreme detail
