PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Study the potential of various category of products
- Maintain competitive market intelligence on products and channels
- Do a product wise market mapping for all products
- Check the market trends in various categories
- Keep a track of new launches by EOMs / Manufacturers
- Gather and analyze information from the Sales team
- Translate market needs into clearly defined and detailed Product requirements.
- Approve the base IRR matrix, product category wise.
- Design the product strategy
- Design and launch of new schemes
- Liaise with Marketing and BU teams to execute BTL promotional campaigns for various products
- Design and approve incentive scheme for various product verticals
- Do a market mapping, profile-wise, LTF presence vis--vis dealer presence, competition, for new potential locations
- Liaise with Zonal leadership and Risk team to propose new locations for business
- Build new tie ups with manufacturers and enhance existing tie ups with the manufacturers
- Liaise with IT, Ops and Credit teams to ensure that the systems, processes and operations are ready for any new product / market launch
- Take regular feedback from the Branch sales team
- Manage subvention programs
- Recommend dealer payouts and liaise with Operations teams to implement them
- Design and deliver specialized training programs on product policies for BU teams
- Recommend the base IRR matrix, product category-wise
- Continuously monitor product performance in each zone/ branch/ division
- Escalate deviations from target, poor performance in any dimension to relevant BU teams
