Our Client is a leading MNC bank in India and they are looking for a Product Manager for their Trade and Supply Chain products to meet the transactional banking requirements of multinationals and local corporates.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist to expand TB franchise and grow revenues by developing Trade and Supply Chain products
- Responsible for product profitability - Identify gaps and rectify
- Develop business plan to market Trade and Supply Chain products. Develop marketing materials
- Provide roll-out support (implementation) and guidance for new products and schemes
- Conceptualize, develop and roll-out enhancements to existing products,
- Work closely with Sales to obtain market information and develop products to align with market expectations
- Co-ordinate and correspond with stakeholders (viz., ITO, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc) for setting up procedures to roll-out new products
- Prepare business case, detailed business requirement and work with ITO for the delivery
- Work closely with Sales towards:
a) customer proposals and pricing
b) customizing solutions, including changes to Legal documentation
c) increasing wallet share in targeted relationships
d) periodic customer visits for feedback on products / services
- Align with regional teams to rollout regional products in India
- Responsible for NPP for all new products and services
- Develop Marketing Collaterals & Training Materials
- Develop and standardize policies and procedures relating to the operational aspects of trade finance.
- Develop Training Materials and provide Trade Trainings to RMs, Operations and customers.
- Review and develop standard terms and conditions of all trade finance applications
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Technical:
- Management Degree with Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Trade Product Management/ Sales and Operations
- Understanding of :
a) Trade and Supply Chain products & services,
b) Extant Regulations (FEMA, UCP, etc.)
c) Incoterms, DC, SBLC, BoE etc.
d) Front end/ Back end processing capabilities including developments in eTrade
e) BPO/ Block Chain
- Basic Banking Knowledge
- Market Intelligence on Trade and Supply Chain products
- Basic analytical skills
