Product Head/Tech Head - EdTech - For a Large Edtech Organization ! Mumbai

Our client is a large Educational services organization offering a wide variety of education services and solutions to clients across India.

- They are looking to hire a Head of Technology / Product Head for their organization. This is a great opportunity to build a complete Learner journey.

- The Product Head will be responsible for driving the Product strategy, roadmap, innovation, transformation and success.

S/He will be responsible for :

- Build, deploy the complete EdTech stack (LMS, CRM, Partner management, etc)

- Create and maintain competitive edge for learner-facing tech (UX/UI, assessments module, self-paced etc)

- Own the complete technology strategy

- Work closely with CEO and Digital Transformation Lead to keep technology at the forefront of business strategy and tactics.

- Envision and budget for tech leadership

- Drive product launches

- Work directly with the dev teams/marketing /sales/ delivery teams to define & Manage prioritization

To qualify for this position, you must have: 

- BTech / MTech (CS preferred but not a bar)

- 8+ years of experience in Technology

- 2+ years of leadership experience in an EdTech environment (- MUST- )

- Have experience in Leading Product Development teams

- Have experience in defining Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmaps

- Have experience in managing Stake-holders and Reporting

- Great communication skills
