Product Head - Strategy Consulting - EdTech Firm

We are currently retained by a leading EdTech company to find a Product Head to lead their new vertical. This is to lead a very interesting B2C product to be launched in the market on a very big scale.

This product will be built using gamification and data sciences to enhance learning of students.

This is a non-traditional role, so to fit in this role, your career progression would have been:

- An IT Engineer who has worked as a developer for 3-4 years initially

- Then did your MBA from a Top B school

- Joined a Big 4 in a strategy consulting role for 3+ years

- Itching to lead Product Development for an interesting company which will give utilize your techie and strategy skills.

- Interested to work in an intellectually stimulating environment and build a transformational product

Sounds like you- Read on:

- Your role would be to work on the strategy and launch of the product.

- Work with a seasoned leadership team from Top B schools

- As product manager, your role would be to drive from concept stage to launch, different parts of the product suite - spanning mobile and web platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Define product direction and create Product Road map by integrating inputs from users and internal teams (Academics, Tech and Business)

- Create product user personas, user stories, wire frames by working closely with Business and UI/UX.

- Deploy product with users and resolve implementation quality issues.

- Gather user feedback and continuously refine product specs
