Job description :
Functional /Technical Knowledge and Skills :
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Media products (Video, Print, Music and Broadcast) and best practices within each of them
- Knowledge of Digital Media product solutions: technology and functionality
- Ability to conceptualize product strategy and aligning to the organizations vision
- Strong capability of Product lifecycle management
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team in designing and prioritizing products to meet organizational goals
- Ability to define product stream evaluation metrics/scorecards
- Knowledge of product planning and budgeting
- Manage product life-cycle from conception to launch and undertake post-launch evaluation and improvement
- Lead and grow the development of a new department and/or organization through both product domain and organization leadership
- Establish and implement standards of performance, policies and procedures and make policy changes as necessary
- Play a significant role in long-term planning and product pipeline, with the view to deliver operational excellence
