Product Head - SME - NBFC

We have certain leadership job opportunity with the leading NBFC for the role of Lead - Product Head (SME) based at Delhi

Job Description -

- Responsible for strengthening the Product / Product function capability to deliver the P&L for SME line of Business

- This will include the Unsecured & Secured lines including SME Select

- Will manage a team of product resources to deliver the enablers for Business Support

- Product Function capability will encompass Product Proposition development, Competitive Benchmarking, Definition of GTM, Technology enablement required to deliver, Skill Development agenda, P&L related monitoring and reporting- s, Analytics and insights to refine product program metrics, Build-up of the Mid Office capability.

- These deliverables will be done in support with Sales / Product / Credit and Technology teams

Also experience from BFS & NBFC is required.
