Client: New Age Small Bank (Licences will be approved by the RBI shortly)
Location: Mumbai
Purpose:
- Establish, drive and co-ordinate the strategy, execution and priorities to deliver growth across Individual & Personal Customers, Alliances to ensure of fulfill our potential and realize the significance of revenue and operating profit growth opportunity of the savings account product
- Develop Customer Value Proposition, service and relationship management experience that is distinctive, market-leading and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Design & Development :
- Exploring avenues for segmentation of existing space to be targeted with customized offerings and completely new segments for new product launches
- Cater to product needs of all types of customers viz Wealth, Regular SA, Rural and Financial Inclusion customers
- Formulation of product policies, improvement in product processes
- Design customer life cycle strategy - On boarding the new customers and engaging existing customers for up sell and x sell through calendared approach.
- Develop new acquisition platforms, strategic tie ups for inorganic growth.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- A minimum of 12-18 years' experience in banking, at least 5 of which must be in Product Management of Saving Account.
- Excellent knowledge and relevant experience in Product Management, client segment and/or analytics
- Analytical and strong numerical skills
