Product Head Saving Account

Implement and maintain a robust process to Build the Saving Account Book. Monitoring Savings Account Portfolio and ensuring Compliance as per Bank's internal policies, industry regulations and relevant regulatory norms. Will be responsible for updating and maintaining repository of all circulars pertaining to SA, processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies of the functions/businesses of the Bank.

- Managing the growth of SA book through Retail and Bulk customers

- Proper benchmarking and competitive product creation including offering for Mapped book customers

- Identification of mapped book customers and ensuring they are offered the required products

- Ensuring channel enablement to ensure that SA acquisition targets are met, in terms of No and NAV

- Ensuring Proper Onboarding process through Branches and Call Centre

- Working on customer engagement activities to build ETB book

- Ensuring SA ETB portfolio is managed by keeping a track of inflows/ outflows

- Ensuring all functional units, Branches, WSB, SME, OCC are productive on SA to create a well-diversified portfolio

- Tracking Competition and Proposing SA rates to ALCO in line with market and bank's risk appetite

- Keeping the funding cost low

- Ensuring revenue targets are met through Charges and Fees

- Ensuring that key compliance parameters are met related to SA

- Building Innovative SA products

- Engaging with Fintechs for SA sourcing and management

- Engaging with marketing for SA collaterals, Digital campaigns and other marketing activities

- Managing Channel queries

- Presenting regular Dash Boards and updates to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

- Continuously review and enhance the Product process to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation.

- Conduct training sessions for team members and other relevant staff to enhance their understanding on Product.

- Leverage technology and data analytics tools to release TD data to all Stake Holders for better monitoring of Portfolio.
