Looking for Head Product - Retail Assets for a Private Bank in Mumbai

Bank's retail assets include all borrower relationships and relationships with small businesses and therefore will include Secured Lending, LAP, mortgages, loan against property.

Product Head - Secured Assets, Consumer Banking, for large private bank- Mumbai

The candidate will be heading Products role for secured assets/LAP , HL, mortgage besides credit cards

Would be responsible for PnL with portfolio retention and ENR growth targets

- Retention and customer services for LAP and HL products

- Launch new LAP programs

- Coordinate with the sales team

Product Design - Portfolio Management - Profit & Loss Management - Business Strategy - Digital lending - Product Development - Customer Lifecycle Management - Data Analysis

Part of strategy team to execute the roadshows.

- Driving collaboration with Strategic Partnerships - Problem Solving - Analytical Skills
