Primary responsibility of managing the digital channel utilization :
- Create and manage programs for increased usage of mobile platforms
- Explore, conceptualize and build new product propositions and enhancements in line with evolution of services in the e-com domain;
- Manage product launch related activities in coordination with various stakeholders including specifications, technical development, operations planning, and customer service;
- Analyze data to ascertain product/channel performance and propose short-term and long-term strategies;
- Understanding key business drivers and developing business plans in accordance with unit and company objectives;
- Preparation of product notes and coordination with various teams like operations, compliance, legal, technology, fraud prevention, AML etc. for inputs and approval.
Person Requirements :
Qualifications : MBA with min. 4-5 years - experience in product management in a large e-commerce company. Prior knowledge of implementation of enhancements and customer engagement programs in relevant industry.
