Basic Requirement & Responsibilities :

- Design, document and refine overall product roadmap for the module, and manage prioritization and trade- offs against developer experience, customer experience, and time to market.

- Write product/product-marketing requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and technology/development teams.

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external stakeholders/departments.

- Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success.

- Measure and analyse existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers.

- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

- Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics

- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

- Take up simultaneous projects/product development which can add value and efficiency to the business on both short-term and long-term

- Manage stakeholders and create budget and annual product roadmap plan based on organization's annual goals

Basic Qualifications :

- BE/B.Tech from premium institutes preferred. MBA would be an added advantage

- We prefer someone from consumer internet or Fintech exposure in building product management processes, systems and best practices from the scratch

- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in Product Management both as a product manager and a product team lead

- Should have delivered scalable internal & Customer facing products with exposure to design, software development cycle, DevOps, and Backend Architecture.

- Should have deep understanding & practical experience in Blockchain & crypto technology.

- Should have managed a team of product managers and analysts and delivered some solid products in the past

- Strong professional verbal and written communication in a business setting

- Strong analytical acumen, comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics and analysis

- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

- Experience in setting up and using project/product management tools like Jira etc
