Product Head/Product Owner - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

As a Product Head / Product Owner you will:

- Be responsible to collaborate with customers, product owners, product managers and scrum team to define incremental customer value.

- Work with architects and scrum teams to define the non-functional requirements and develop reliable cloud application.

- Work with user experience team to define intuitive customer experience.

- Work with product management, architects, scrum team and other stakeholders to define product roadmap and prioritized backlog.

- Plan program increment by collaborating with other product owners through addressing cross backlog dependencies.

- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to advocate customer experience and translate product requirements into user stories, define acceptance criteria and guide prioritization of the product backlog.

- Be responsible to deliver a timely, quality product release.

Key Skills Required:

- A demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, customer experience, product technical challenges and process improvement.

- Good experience in leading cloud based SAAS products as product owner.

- Good experience in implementing geographically distributed cloud products using microservices based architecture for large user base.

- Extensive experience in driving and implementing the non-functional requirements in products, for example, reliability, scalability, robustness, deployability, DevOps.

- Strong customer advocate with ability to inspire people at all levels to follow your customer intimacy.

- Experience in Cloud service capacity planning, demand forecasting, performance analysis and system tuning.

- Monitor current and future trend in technologies, Digital, IoT, cloud, big data, analytics and AI, evaluate technologies and perform trade-offs.

- Ability to lead conversation in a room with architects, designers, developers, product managers and product owners.

- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

- Strong team dynamics, able to work with and inspire scrum teams to deliver customer value.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Experience and Qualification:

- Strong experience as a product owner for cloud based SAAS products post MBA from tier 1 Institute.
