Product Head/Product Manager - Kitchen Appliances 


Product portfolio management:

1. Develop Products plans and targets in line with Stove Kraft's business plans. Ensure development of detailed project plans for product launch and increase marketing roll out activities.

2. Mapping Competition / Markets trends / Channels to constantly evolve the Product Strategy of the range of Product Business

3. Drive the entire Product Life cycle management from New Product Development to go to market Strategy

4. Demand Planning & Forecasting for SKUs of Products category across all Sales Verticals. Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.

5. Inventory Management of the Category to meet the desired stock turns.

6. Develop and implement sales strategy in line with Company objectives via the successful management of an existing account portfolio and the identification of new business / distribution opportunities in order to deliver company objectives and maximize sales performance in line with set targets.

7. Delivery of budgeted gross margin targets by category.

8. Develop and implement plans to support all product ranges in the account portfolio

9. Develop and implement plans to support new product development initiatives in the account portfolio

10. Gather and use market Intelligence (local regulations, duty structures, foreign exchange dynamics, regional economic communities, market dynamics - price, competition products/ network, economy, etc., product inadequacies, product quality etc to achieve planned business results
 
Required Skills : 

- 10-15 years experience in product management.

- Data collection and analytical skills. Ability to interpret consumer data

- Logical and strategic thinking with good communication skills.

- Experience of wholesale and retail store management

- Good financial understanding

- Experience within housewares or consumer durables sector
 
Modern Retail Head : 

Candidate with 10-15 years experience, at least 10 years exposure to Modern retail format from appliances /FMCG background.

Job Description : 

1. Prepare business Plan for product for the modern retail partner in discussion with the partner by understanding their needs and their consumer strategy

2. Prepare a right assortment for product with the Modern Retail Partner

3. Develop a trusted relationship with the Modern retail partners

4. Achieve the budgeted Sales numbers and Collection targets

5. Discuss Sales promotional activities for the brand with the partners

6. Coordinate with internal customers like product heads, supply chain, marketing team, accounts team to meet the customer requirements

7. Train the promoters in the store and also impart training to sell out team

8. Facilitate reconciliation of accounts between brand and partners
