We are hiring for an NBFC based in Delhi for the role of "PRODUCT HEAD".

Should have hands on experience in managing the entire product lifecycle Personal Loan/consumer durable segment in a commercial banking/NBFC setup. Target Financial Services - NBFC's/Banks.

Role Description

As Product Head, the incumbent would lead the transformation agenda of consumer finance business from setting up of the systems and processes to rolling out the product and policy, service existing customers and developing the loan origination platform for loan.

Responsibilities :

- Extensive analysis of Competitor Products, Web-Mobile U/X & U/I and to benchmark evaluate our strategy

- Design Products (Variants) for Launch including pricing

- Obtain Credit Policy Approval for Products

- Corporate Agency license for NEWCO for sale of credit insurance & Other Life/Non-Life insurance

- Identify Credit Life Product

- Identify other Life Insurance Products to be sold with Loan

- Design Top-Up Programs along with Policy

- Top-Up Metrics and Process along with Policy

- Identify Third-party products which are complementary to our customer target and gives us Fee Income (Credit Score counselling)

- Identify and manage Databases (Internal as well as external)

- Work with Data Engineers for building data stacks, mine data for various X Sell/Upsell/Marketing Campaigns

- Sales kit (Sales Pitch, Product Details, Take-Ones, Do's and Don'ts)

- Sales Training Modules

- Loyalty Layer & Rewards Management

- To evaluate and work on DMI Virtual Loan Cards

- NPS measurement and actionable

- Customer Survey (Online or FGD)

- Facilitate and work with Tech to build Chatbots for conversation with customers/channels on transaction queries or on advanced queries based on deep learning

- Work with Tech and Data team to build personal expense management platform

- Ensuring all KPI' as tracked and measured are populated and circulated to all the stakeholders

- Budgeting and Product Profitability reports for each product

- Coordinating and facilitating for conducting Audit (Int+Ext) and various reporting related to audit
