Description :

- The client is looking for a Product Head who will own Product strategy roadmap for Leadership's vision of 360 degree digital health care and roll out additional features in the existing patient care app.

Client Details :

- The client is a Mumbai based Health and wellness technology company that operates in the Digital Therapeutics space - a well regulated medi-care space for chronic diseases like Hypertension, Diabetes, Cholestrol and Heart Failures. It is not just a claim-based space but has to be proven.

Job Description :

- Higher focus on building out the overall organisation level product vision and strategy in line with the business strategy

- Understand and clearly articulate the Consumer and Market need gaps to design and develop/ evaluate new products and processes - involves research, modelling and analysis to segment target customer base effectively

- Enhance existing product offering and customer experience to increase market share and customer database

- Work closely with tech team, participating in the tech discussion regarding features feasibility as per technology

- Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, working closely with sales, design and engineering team

Profile :

- Ability to imagine products where none perhaps exists.

- Strong out of the box thinking.

- Ability to connect the dots and build a hypothesis.

- Has an interest/point of view in how technology can be used to solve medical issues.

- 7 years+ of overall experience with majority of it in B2C health-tech companies like health startups, digital initatives for hospitals, pharma-based tech startups, etc.

- Should be great with numbers - Extremely Metric Focused

- Engineer from Tier 1 school.

- MBA preferred (preferably from Tier 1 B-schools)

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Capable of working independently with loads of self-drive.

- Exceptional consumer focus

- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed

- Keen attention to details
