Core Responsibility - Strategize & Build StudyPad's Next generation offerings 1. Build highly engaging and unique product experiences geared towards kids of different ages. - Develop strategies for engaging kids through a gamified learning experience with a focus on improving learning outcomes. 2. Understand competitive landscape, identify market requirements, and drive overall product vision. 3. Own the full product development lifecycle - from product ideation to determining KPIs, and to market launch. 4. Develop innovative features and concepts to improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention. 5. Work closely with product, curriculum, development, game design and graphics team for strategizing and developing the product. 6. Hire and manage product, user interface and game design teams. Qualifications Required : 1. 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced tech (preferably consumer) companies. 2. Obsession with understanding and solving the needs of end-users. 3. Experienced in running customer interviews/surveys, creating user personas, conducting A/B tests across channels, and hands-on with data analysis - Funnels, Segmentation, Cohort Analysis. 4. Leadership and communication skills, experience in team management and recruitment.
