- Sales strategy & planning

- Process Development & Modification

- Regulatory Reporting

- Operation Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Business support - Prepare client facing presentation, Circle visits & promotional event planning, AUA growth and Sales strategy, Business review, Interaction with Business Heads & Branchheads, Training, etc.

- Regulatory - Prepare & submit Risk Disclosure Document, Renewal of license, Track changes/modification in regulatory guideline & Responding to RBI/SEBI queries.

- Operational Support - Process development & modification incl PMC/CMC notes, Query & Complaint resolution, Reversal/ Waiver of charges, IT/ System - Modification, Formulate client communication.

Academic Qualifications Required : MBA/Mcom/Bcom Preferable having 5 years of banking experience

Professional Relevant Work Experience Required : Sales & Marketing

No. of Years of Relevant Work Experience : 8+ yrs
