Product Head - Media/Online

Urgent Opening for Product Head @ Chennai

- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer-driven online products, preferably for digital video applications, acting as pivotal leader in gaining alignment with teams around online product strategy

- Creating strategic plans and product roadmaps to drive and improve our online product features

- Strong familiarity with online commerce platforms and content management systems

- Working knowledge of product design and/or customer experience design as well as designing for smartphones and tablets

- Managing resources and project milestones while ensuring the team stays on track towards delivering milestones

- Ability to select, influence and build vendor relationships globally

- Working with cross functional teams including Finance, Technology, Online and Marketing to define the strategic plan as well as capture critical intellectual property whilst establishing rapport, credibility and influence to drive results across a dynamic cross-functional organization

- Strong decision making and prioritization skills overseeing and managing complex production schedules

- Proven track record of effective leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire both teams and individuals

- Excellent project management skills, including work prioritization and planning

- Experience in a start up
