Product Head - Media/eCommerce

Product Head

- Design & develop the product strategy & roadmap across all platforms, and articulate vision through the detailed product specifications including feature lists, product requirements, user stories, flows and wireframes.

- Own the user experience and feature set, and act as the product evangelist to build awareness within the organization.

- Work closely with the revenue team to identify revenue opportunities & design growth strategies most suited to the business.

- Lead End to end product management from experience to delivery. Work with various stakeholders across technology, product, business, UX/UI, marketing

- Focus on key KPIs - Customer Acquisition, Engagement and Retention

- Evaluate the competitor products and compare them against industry trends.

- Continuously monitor product reviews, A/B Testing, & analyze key metrics to continually improve products

- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
