Product Head - Lending Business

- Define and drive product vision, strategy and metrics for products related to Company.

- Lead the product management functions.

- Build out the product management team

- Assume responsibility for & align plans and strategies with product performance metrics (KPIs), which reflect revenue as well as customer growth, engagement, and retention.

- Ensure that innovation and disruption are primary characteristics of our DNA.

- You have strong experience in leading product functions comprising of a multi-product suite in complex business setting

- You have a good understanding of next gen technologies that will be used for platform engineering and how they can be used in new product features

- You have strong analytical skills and detail-orientedness
