Product Head - LAP - NBFC

- Responsible for managing the LAP P&L and portfolio for the organization.

- To build and strengthen the LAP team by imparting product knowledge and building sales strategy.

- To develop the LAP lending products in tune with the overall long term product vision and strategy of the company.

- To support business development initiatives for building and scaling up the LAP lending product suite.

- Design sales strategy, establish productivity standards and incentive structures for the sales teams and channels.

- To design customer value propositions and servicing norms in line with the industry best practices.

- To ensure strict adherence to Risk, compliance and legal norms in the product formulation and business development initiatives.

- To monitor product performance & profitability on a periodic basis and share with senior management.

- Work closely with technology , marketing and communication team to grow the business.

- Deep understanding of the LAP business , having 10+years of experience in LAP as a product.
