Product Head - IT

- Define Product roadmap, planning, prioritization, tracking and stake-holders dependency management

- Understand the company vision and enable the business to adopt and the latest of technology to server client with ultimate user experience

- Work on new use case (stories, framing user interfaces and flows) across domains basis market research of new trends and top features

- Define metrics, objects that are aligned to business goals and measure feature/ release specific success

- Conceive a strategically aligned vision for product and identify venues of enhancement and improvement which will ace the product in current market and drive business growth

- Seamlessly collaborate across the teams to improve product and processes, to optimize the efficiency, basis feedback & feasibility

- Demonstrate thought leadership by mentoring/coaching the internal teams like development, tech, sales and marketing in building synergies towards product enhancement

- Conduct risk assessments by analysing features of existing or new products in market that are trending and basis this analyse and course correct with right solutions

- Have a polyglot mind-set with the holistic development of product across its interfaces on desktop, web and mobile to enrich the client experience
