Education : MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Financial discipline

IRDA certification

Experience : 8 years + with extensive exposure to handling Insurance Products

- Strong technical and fundamental understanding of Life & General Insurance

- Deep understanding of Retail & Asset business for Insurance products

- Ability to manage and motivate various channels to contribute and over achieve targets

- Strategize / plan focus areas for the months /quarter given market circumstances

- Revenue focus and orientation

- Define Product Architecture for Branch Banking & Asset Business

- Manage KPI's of respective partners

- Manage Financials for Insurance Business

- Manage the role of Principle Officer as defined by IRDA

- Responsible for IRDA reporting

- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines

- Drive Digital strategy and Alternate channels

- Strategy formulation and implementation along with various branches and segments

- Work closely with Operations & Business Solution Group for seamless implementation and delivery.

- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines

- Drive Insurance premiums across channels

- Design campaigns for staff

- Designing & delivery of Training
